Cancellation Policy
When booking a session we make a commitment to you by guaranteeing your session time and refuse all other requests.
Please note, a 100% cancellation fee applies if you do not show up or cancel at the last minute.
Cancellations made within 24hrs of your allocated booking will be charged at 50%. I ask you kindly to respect our time by giving at least 24hrs notice if you wish to change your appointment.
Emergency cancellations are determined at the Therapists discretion. If you have any questions please feel free to connect us.
**Experience shows that a full ritual doesn’t fit into 60 min of treatment. Although much can happen, it is the time for integration that is the most precious. 60 min can be rushed but its possible to book 60 min if the client wants to get a sense if this is the right technique for her/him.
